Abhyaas Academy was started at Belthangady in the year 2021 with a foreseeing vision by the Late Shri M Sadashiva Baipadithaya along with his wife Smt K Meenakshi. Abhyaas emerged at the whims and fancies of such extraordinary visionaries and their vision was fulfilled by their son Mr Karthikeya. It ought to be recollected that the Late Shri Sadashiva was a teacher himself and so was his wife. Thus, Abhyaas Academy in Belthangady came into existence where the main concentration was given to NEET, JEE and CET Long-Term coaching. Their son, Mr Karthikeya has brought the vision of his parents to the forefront by establishing Abhyaas Academy over a period of time and now that he has ventured on a new journey by establishing Abhyaas PU College in Ujire where NEET, JEE (mains & advanced), CET, NDA, NATA, IMUCET, UCEED, NUCAT, CA Foundation, CSEET, CLAT, IBPS, etc are undertaken as per the selection of the courses by the students. In addition, we help our students prepare themselves for IAS, IPS, KAS, SSA, FDA, SDA and some other Civil Service Exams. Moreover, we deal with Soft Skills Programmes which are pretty much necessary through thick and thin. Digitalized language club is an innovative step that we have introduced for effective communicative skills. We also take up classes on IELTS/OET to those students who would like to go abroad for their further studies.

Founder

Mr Karthikeya is the founder of the Academy who has been a lecturer himself in Physics for 16 long years with a colossal amount of experience that he possesses. His vision, mission and dedication can be seen from the tremendous performances by the students of the Academy.

I feel highly honoured and privileged to function as the Principal of Abhyaas P U College, Ujire. First and foremost I would like to fall prostrate before the Almighty for His copious blessings on me all through.

We, at Abhyaas PU College, ensure high quality education which motivates and empowers our students to be lifelong learners and the productive members of the society. At Abhyaas, education is not just the amount of information that is put into a student’s brain but our education system is also the one that caters the every need of our students.

We motivate and inspire all our students to achieve their full potential. Our task is to make it possible and our mission is to provide a platform for the same.

Success for all students is ensured at our college by the delivery of an enriching, child-centered, balanced and structured curriculum. We focus on the positive recognition of students’ achievements. The lecturers at Abhyaas are highly qualified and experienced educators who are committed to supporting each student’s learning experience through quality instruction and guidance.

We firmly believe that each and every parent is the first, the best and the most important teacher of his/her child. Parents play a vital role in the education of their children. We happily welcome all our parents to take an active role in the education of their respective children and to be the active participants in their growth. I am eager to work with our parent community in supporting their children in their education. MANAGEMENT

The management plays a pivotal role in the Academy. It is managed by Shree Sadashiva Education Trust ® under the apt guidance of the Late Shri M Sadashiva Baipadithay and his wife Smt K Meenakshi. The management is now headed by Smt K Meenakshi, Mr Karthikeya (Msc), Mrs Shilpa R (B.E., M.Tech) and Mrs Kanchana V Bhat (B.E.)

Emblem & Motto

The emblem indicates a boy studying under a tree which subsequently passes on the message to our students to study constantly and consistently in order that they would ‘Rise Above and Reach Beyond’ their capacities.

Abhyaas College aims at imparting qualitative education, set in tranquil environment which seeks to function through mutual love and utmost dedication. We cater and uphold the values of teaching ethics all through.

Our mission is to provide an enormous amount of exceptional learning environment where our students can enhance and hone their skills for their better and brighter future by all means. We encourage our students to build up leadership skills, creative and intellectual powers and passion for learning through our uncompromising standard of excellence in teaching. We are committed to taking up NEET/CET/JEE/NDA/NATA/CA Foundation coaching along with PUC studies.

Facilities

1. College is open to both residential students and day scholars

2. Classrooms : The classrooms are well-equipped and well-sophisticated in order that our students would feel at home.

3. Library : Wisdom is by birth and knowledge is by exploring to the outer world. Library meets all such exploration for the betterment of widening the knowledge of our students.

4. Laboratories : Well-Sophisticated labs help our students widen their knowledge and apply the theoretical concepts into vivid practice.

5. Playground : We own a vast stretch of playground where students can play certain games to keep themselves fit, fine and sound not only physically but also mentally.

6. Hostel : We provide the safest environment possible for our students. Each room comprises of washroom attached and hot water is available 24/7.

7. Canteen : We serve nutritious vegetarian foods.

8. Abhyaas Kiosk : The kiosk is available to all and sundry.

9. Extracurricular Activities : We Mentor our students to practice Yoga and meditation for serenity. We also encourage them to hone their personal interests or hobbies.

10. There is Bhajan session on Friday evenings for about half an hour and so.
